Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Islandia from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Islandia homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Islandia property sits exposed.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We match material choice to Islandia's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Islandia Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Islandia homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Islandia roof running cooler and drier.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Islandia roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
